I have been in the plumbing trade for over 12 years. I hold a current journeyman plumbing license and I am a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College in Plumbing Technology. I am fully licensed and insured to service Lancaster County.

I am an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially the Eagles and Phillies. I enjoy spending my free time with my wife, two boys, and rest of my family and friends, and also working on projects around the house.

I have approximately 35 yrs in the plumbing field. As a water conditioning specialist, I hold a journeyman license and a trac pipe certification.  

Outside of my plumbing career I enjoy building and restoring old cars, designing different things and just being outdoors.

I graduated from the plumbing program at Lancaster County Career and Technology back in 2003 and started my career at Neffsville Plumbing while in the “on the job” training portion of the schooling. I’ve worked here ever since and worked my way up to earning the title of Licensed Master Plumber. 

Outside of my plumbing career, my passion is writing and playing music. I enjoy being active and outside, and spending time with my wife and 6-year-old daughter.

I was born and raised in Lancaster County and reside in Manheim Township with my wife and 4 children. I love to help coach basketball and lead Boy Scouts. I enjoy working on my home, I love to barbeque and use my smoker, and I like to vacation with my family at the beach.

One tip I have for my customers is to mark your water stops and sewer pipes in your yard. During inclement weather, this allows for quick service in emergency situations.

Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing and camping in the mountains or at the beach!

I strive to meet all of your expectations.  Through my many years in this trade, I have seen a lot of flooded basements due to failed sump pumps. My tip would be to operate your sump pump system every 6 months to ensure peak performance.

Jeff is a lead installer who has been with Neffsville for 36 years. Jeff has acquired many certifications over his tenure in the HVAC industry. 

In his spare time he enjoys wood working and spending time in the mountains at his cabin. 

You can be sure of a top notch install with Jeff’s attention to detail and thoroughness during the installation process all the way to assuring your home and work area are left just as clean as when they arrived.

Hello , my name is John Gubbins but most people call me Johnny. I currently reside in Mechanicsburg, with my girlfriend and our children, Eden and Daisy. I’ve been in the HVAC industry since June of 1998, and have been working for Neffsville Plumbing and Heating since November of 2016.

Coming out of high school, I started as a helper under my father, who taught me the importance of hard work. I started in the retro department, doing mostly installations of duct systems and change outs. After a few years , I was asked to run multiple large job sites including The Masonic Village expansion project. During this time, I’d jump back and forth between new construction and existing homes. Shortly after, I went into the service department and on call rotation.

Since I’ve been with Neffsville, I’m happy to say that I’ve come back to my roots and what I enjoy the most, and that’s working on HVAC projects in existing homes. It’s more challenging; but I get so much out of this type of work. In my 20+ years of experience in this industry, I’ve been involved with the following projects:

Duct design and installation
Gas and oil furnaces
Heat pumps and air conditioning
Geothermal and loop design
Boilers and oil tanks
Existing and new construction
Gas piping
Water heaters and small plumbing jobs

When I’m not working, my family and I love going to Hershey park and riding rollercoasters. I also love traveling to other countries, seeing the world, meeting new people, and learning about new cultures. Our family hobby is to collect Lego sets and build them together. We are currently planning and designing the layout for a full-scale Lego city, complete with its own amusement park. In my free time, I also enjoy playing sports and video games.

Over the years, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to work with a lot of amazing people who have helped to make me the person I am today. I truly look forward to meeting you and your family. Thank you for choosing Neffsville and allowing us to serve you today.

One tip I’d like to tell my customers is that big box products (Lowe’s, Home Depot) are not the same quality as contractor grade equipment! I’d be happy to explain the differences to you.

Outside of work, I am very active. I am the head coach of Beat the Streets elementary wrestling program. I enjoy spending time with my 6-year-old son and playing sports.
